  Extremely poor. My first visit I was kept waiting for over 20mins with no apology. I did not say anything as I had purchased a voucher through Groupon and did not want to affect my second appointment. My second appointment I was told Dale was 5 mins away. After 20mins I had to leave as there was not going to be enough time for my treatment and to get to my next appointment. Each time I ensured I was on time but the same courtesy was not extended to me. When I tried to re-book for another time, they became rude and belligerent. I then had to seek reimbursement of the un-redeemed portion of my voucher from groupon. Carry on like this girls and you will continue to loose your customers.

  Dale is fantastic. There's really no other word for it :-)
  
  The service is impeccable, the prices are great, the shop is stunning, and I couldn't be happier ^.^
